How can I track my order?
You can track your orders and supply status from the My Orders section on the right column with your membership information. During the procurement of your orders, your order status will appear as "Processed". From the moment your order is delivered to Cargo, your registered e-mail address is notified with Cargo tracking information.
What can I do if the product I ordered is delayed?
If your order is delayed, you can call our Customer Services Department on +90 216 538 52 82 and get information about the delay in your product. You can also get information by sending an e-mail to email@example.com for a quick return.
How do I track the status of my order after I place it?
You can track the status of your order on our My Orders page. When your delivery is shipped, our system also notifies you with notification e-mails as Processed / Delivered to Cargo.
